Just steps away, situated at Le Petite Place off Grace Bay Road, is Studio 90 Degrees. This centre is operated by Regina Radisic, a trained dancer who offers high calibre pilates and yoga instruction. For yoga enthusiasts who are holidaying in the islands, her classes are proving very popular.

Glow Fitness Turks & Caicos

In addition to Retreat Yoga and Studio 90 Degrees there are other yoga teachers who travel around the island and hold classes such as Kim Mortimer with Island Synergy who offers private yoga instruction at rental villas or hotel settings.

Another instructor available is Nancy Mizinski with Glow Fitness Turks & Caicos who teaches various fitness classes including yoga at Graceway Sports Centre and Wrightfully Fit Fitness Centre (Saltmills Plaza).
