Rates do not include 10% Government tax and 10% service charge.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charge of $50 per person will apply.

Policies

Deposit

• 3 nights deposit is required to secure reservations.

Cancellation

• Deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 30days prior to scheduled arrival date.
• There is full forfeiture of deposit when written cancellation notice is received 29 days or less from scheduled arrival date.
• Holiday Bookings (Dec. 21 to Jan. 7): Cancellation must be received by Nov. 1 for this time period.
• Due to the resort's exclusive nature, Villa Del Mar strictly enforces all cancellation policies. For your protection, travel insurance is highly recommended.

Taxes & Service Charges

• 10% Government tax on rooms and restaurant charges.
• 10% Service charge will be added to your final bill.
